Announcement regarding change of CEO

The Board of Directors of SeaCo Ltd. ("SeaCo") announces that Mark Wilson, the CEO of SeaCo, has left the company to follow other pursuits following the expiration of his contract on February 8, 2010.

Mr. Wilson’s successor as CEO and Director is Mr. Jonathan Adams. Jonathan has an extensive background in the transportation and shipping industry, having most recently served as the head of the Transportation and Logistics Group of Houlihan Lokey a U.S.-based investment bank. Jonathan is a qualified U.K. attorney, having received his law degree from Oxford University and an MBA from City University Business School in London. Jonathan is ideally placed to take SeaCo forward to its next stage.
